Subject matter of the agreement

The administration shall have the right to:

- restrict access to any information on the website
- create, modify, delete information
- delete accounts
- Refuse to register without explanation
The user undertakes to:
- Ensure that the information provided is accurate
- update the Personal Data provided during registration in case of their change
- do not copy information from other sources
- when copying information from other sources, include information about the author in the content.
- Not to disseminate information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is envisaged
- do not disrupt the functionality of the site
- not to commit actions aimed at misleading other Users

The administration is committed to:
- to maintain the performance of the site except when it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
- provide all available information about the User to authorised state authorities in cases established by law
Responsibilities of the parties:
- the user personally bears full responsibility for the information he/she disseminates
- the administration assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
- the administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the services expected by the User and actually received by the User
- the administration does not assume any responsibility for services provided by third parties
- in case of force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as uninterrupted operation of the information resource
Terms and Conditions of the Agreement:
- This Agreement is effective with any use of this site. The Agreement will cease to be valid when a new version of the Agreement becomes available.
- Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users about changes in the Agreement.
